Located in the heart of the residential area with 30,000 residents within walking distance. On the retail level of a 195 unit luxury apartment complex, the space boasts 48 feet of store front exposure right on Hubbard. One block from the Merchandise Mart (10m visitors annually) and convenient to the Brown Line El train. The space is 3,000 square feet with an enclosed lobby, men’s and woman’s restrooms with two showers in each and a storage facility. The AV system is state of the art and the equipment has been maintained to top standard.
The owner lives in the suburbs and wants to expand there.
The studio is fully staffed with a full-time manager and expert coaching staff. The owner is willing to assist during a transition period and would be open to keeping their signature class on Saturdays.

Jack of all Trades…a person is willing to do all jobs, including sweep the floor and answer phones. 4.) A friendly and personable leader to the staff and members…someone who can talk to anyone.
Overall, there is no direct competition with boxing studios in River North. The competition is with other studio fitness brands such as Orangetheory, F45, Studio Three, etc. East Bank Club is also a few blocks away but generally their members are not our target clientele. Mayweather Boxing + Fitness is the premier brand in the boxing studio fitness space and is the only boxing club in River North.
Mayweather B+F has many potential avenues for future growth. The purchase of this gym also includes the rights to open other locations in the area (3 additional units included in purchase price). Internally, there is also great opportunity to grow membership with an owner who focuses on grassroots and social media marketing. Working on corporate partnerships, private classes, additional personal training and retail would be areas of significant revenue growth. The corporate team is continuing to work on additional revenue opportunities.
